All items ordered via our website will be sent out via Royal Mail Special Delivery, Guaranteed by 1pm. (4pm Due to COVID)

Tracking info will be made available once the item has been dispatched and will arrive with all of your regular mail to your address by the next working day.

In the very unlikely event the parcel does not arrive, please contact the Royal Mail with your tracking reference to find out an approximate delivery time directly from Royal Mail. As once the item has been dispatched, the delivery is then solely up to Royal Mail, therefore Midas will not be able to give you any further updates in regards to delivery times etc.
